About Us & Hours
The Hydeout Dog Training Center has been in business since January of 2017. The owner, Ashley Hyde, has been training dogs since 2008 and currently has 4 dogs of her own who participate in a variety of dog sports.
Hours: We are open Monday through Friday for daycare and grooming from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Our facility is also available for rent to the public on an hourly basis on weekends.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Pets must be dropped off within the specified hours of 6:30am to 9:30am for the mornings and 11am to 1pm for the mid-day drop offs. Pick-Ups must also comply within the specified hours of 11am to 1pm for morning only daycare and 3:30pm to 6:30pm for end of day pick-ups.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations for daycare. Classes may be withdrawn from with full refund up until one week before the class begins, 50% refund up to 48 hours before the class begins, and anything less than 48 hours will not receive a refund.
