Welcome to your pet's new home away from home! We are thrilled you have entrusted us with the care of your baby. Campground Kennels were founded in 2018 by Trish Camp, in an effort to make a difference in the pet care industry. Our main objective is to ensure that all campers are safe, comfortable, and happy during their stay. Below is a rundown of our summer day:

Camper Drop-off/Pick-Up Hours: 9 am - 12 pm & 5 pm - 8 pm

Play Date Hours: 9 am-6 pm

Please note that stays, regardless of what type, are by appointment only. Throughout the summer months, space runs out quickly, and we cannot guarantee we will have a bunk available. If you know what dates you are going to need to bring your camper for bunking, please let us know as soon as possible to secure their spot!

Also, please understand that attempting to drop off unannounced will not be tolerated. We pride ourselves on our secure premises and maximum play time for our campers, and cannot tend to their needs properly if we are tending to pet parents dropping off unannounced.

The entry gate is only opened and closed when camp counselors arrive/leave the property and when a counselor is allowing a pet parent in/out. Therefore, we must secure the property by taking dogs playing outside at the time of your arrival back into their bunks to accommodate your camper and give him/her time to go to the bathroom, disrupting both their time and ours.

Upon arrival at the entry gate, all parents must notify camp employees by texting or calling 469-833-8969. A campground team member will open the gate to allow you to pull your car into the driveway area. Please wait for the counselor to come to your door. He or she will give you instructions as to when it is safe to get your camper(s) out of the car.
