You will recieve a response to your booking request within TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
Standard DROP OFF appointments 3-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 11-1 Saturday
Standard PICK UP appointments 9-11 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday and Saturday
We ask that you abide by your set appointment times. Keeping your appointed time is critical in our stress free gradual entry process. We tuck away other dogs when a new guest arrives. We give the incoming dog a chance to explore, sniff, get familiar with the place, and settle in. Gradual entry is an essential part of our facility, and helps to insure a harmonious and enjoyable stay.
We will respond to your request within two business days and let you know via email if we can accomodate your dates and confirm your appointment.

If you are a new client you must also fill out the NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION before your dog can be scheduled.
New clients are also required to pay a 2 night NON REFUNDABLE booking retainer before their booking is confirmed. This can be done via PayPal/venmo/square after booking request.
PLEASE NOTE - If dates you are trying to request are unavailable to select it is because we are booked full and cannot accomodate those dates. You also cannot select Sundays because we are closed.
