HOLIDAY BOOKINGS - DUE TO OUR SMALL SIZE, WE ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS OVER HOLIDAY WEEKS FOR ESTABLISHED CLIENTS. AN ESTABLISHED CLIENT IS SOMEONE WHO'S DOG HAS STAYED WITH US AT LEAST 14 CUMULATIVE NIGHTS OVER THE LAST 12 MONTHS. Thank you for understanding.

THIS BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL WE RESPOND THAT WE HAVE SPACE ***AND*** WE RECIEVE YOUR NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING RETAINER.
You will recieve a response to your booking request within TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
DROP OFF Hours are 3-5 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 11-1 Saturday
PICK UP Hours are 9-11 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
IF YOUR PET IS NOT PICKED UP BY 11AM YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT NIGHT
We are CLOSED Wednesdays and Sundays and do not offer drop off or pick up on those days
We will respond to your request within two business days and let you know via email if we can accomodate your dates and confirm your appointment.
This page is for appointment REQUESTS only, it is NOT A CONFIRMATION of a booking date.
If you are a new client you must also fill out the NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION before your dog can be scheduled.
New clients are also required to pay a 50.00 NON REFUNDABLE booking retainer before their booking is confirmed. This can be done via PayPal link on our services page.
PLEASE NOTE - If dates you are trying to request are unavailable to select it is because we are booked full and cannot accomodate those dates. You also cannot select Wednesdays or Sundays because we are closed and do not do pick ups/drop offs on those days.
