About Us & Hours

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT!

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

We only do drop-off and pick-up on Saturday mornings between 8:00AM to 10:00PM, no afternoon or evening drop-off and pick-up.

WE DO NOT DO DROP-OFF OR PICK-UPS ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

A 50% deposit will be required for any weekend and full week stays. We will send via email after the request is made, and your kennel will be booked after it is received. The deposit is refundable up to 72 hours before your drop off time.

Please be on time for your pick-up. If you are going to be late for any reason, please notify as soon as possible. Being late could result in an additional fee.

If you select a drop-off or pick-up time, please do not show up early unless you notify via text to 704-223-3488.
