About Us & Hours
About Us: We achieved our lifelong dream when we opened the Navasota Pet Ranch. Opened along side our kids and grandkids, we are thrilled to offer services to our local communities. Three generations of our family will make your pet will feel at ease and relaxed as they are taken care of in a ranch setting. Cow patties not included.
Hours: Our lobby is open Monday through Sunday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm by appointment only.
Check-In Time: Standard check-in begins at 12 noon. Guests may check-in prior to 12 noon by paying a $30 early check-in fee, per pet. We request that first-time visitors arrive no later than 2 pm, and all other guests arrive at least one hour prior to the time our lobby closes.
Check-Out Time: Standard check-out is by 12 noon. Guests may check-out after 12 noon by paying a late check-out fee equal to the overnight room rate, per pet. We provide a complimentary extended check-out until 3 pm for pets that receive bathing services on the day of check-out.
