Bucky’s Turf Pick-up and Drop-off Policy
Daycare and Boarding: Pick-up and drop-off are available between the hours of 7am and 10pm daily. Pick-up or Drop-off outside of these hours will be charged a $20.00 fee.

Boarding: Prices are for 24hrs. After 24hrs up to 12 hours will be a $27.50 fee. After 12 hours the fee will be for a full day $55.00.

Boarding: Late pick-up fees are based on the prices above. If late pick-up is after 10pm the fee will be $20.00 plus late fees.

Daycare: Pricing is for 6 or 12 hrs. Late pick-up fees will start at the end of your 6 or 12hrs and will be $15.00 an hour, If late pick-up is after 10 pm the fees will be $20.00 plus late fees. You do have the option to call or text before the end of your 6 or 12 hrs and extend your time from 6 to 12 hrs or from 12 to 24hrs.

Grooming: You will have 2 hrs from the time I call or text you, or until 5pm to pick up your pup.Grooming hours are from 10am to 5pm. After 2 hrs or 5pm, whichever comes first, your late fee will be $20.00 per 30 minutes.

All late fees must be paid before your pup can return to Bucky’s Turf for any service.
