Appointments must be confirmed before they are considered booked. You will receive a confirmation email containing the drop off location, and an invoice, once your request has been accepted. Invoices must be paid before pet pick up.

For single day appointments (Daycare, Day & Train, Training Sessions, and Dog Assessments) please select the same date for Drop-Off and Pick-Up dates.

For overnight appointments (Boarding or Board & Train) select the desired date range of the stay, starting with the drop off time and ending with the estimated pick up time.

If you are not able to select the day and time you desire, please leave a note in the Additional Appointment Info field. We will do our best to accommodate.

If you have a meeting location in mind, please add the address in the b>Additional Appointment Info field.
