*** SCHEDULING ***

Please note: we will be CLOSED for new bookings from Thursday, October 15 to Monday, October 26 due to travel. No appointments will be accepted during this time period.

Note: if you see that a service is CLOSED, it's already fully booked.

Appointments must be confirmed before they are considered booked. You will receive a confirmation email containing the drop off location, and an invoice, once your request has been accepted. Deposits must be paid before pet is dropped off. Invoices must be fully paid before pet is picked up.

If you are not able to select the day and time you desire, please select the "By Appointment Only" time option and leave a note with your desired times for both pick up and drop off in the Additional Appointment Info field. We will do our best to accommodate, but availability at preferred time is not guaranteed. Again, all appointment confirmation emails will include drop off and pick up address.

Pick up & drop off times:
Pick up and drop off is open Monday through Friday, 7AM-9AM and 4PM-7PM. Weekends are by appointment only as there are dog training classes and offsite activities (pack hikes, park days, etc.) Early drop off and late pick up is available for a small fee, but must be coordinated in advance as it does affect planned activities and training windows.
Daycare day (up to 8 hours) — $50.00
Half daycare day (up to 5 hours) — $30.00
Early drop off and late pick up — $10.00/hr

*** SINGLE DAY APPOINTMENTS ***

For Daycare, Day & Train, Training Sessions, and Dog Assessments, please select the same date for Drop-Off and Pick-Up dates. If you are booking a half-day of Daycare, one of your times (either drop off or pick up) has to be within the designated windows, the other will be "by appointment only" and we will get back to you to coordinate that time as we have to prioritize existing training appointments.

For Training Sessions and Dog Assessments, if you have a location in mind, please add that to the Additional Information field.

*** OVERNIGHT APPOINTMENTS ***

For overnight appointments (Boarding or Board & Train) select the desired date range of the stay, starting with the drop off time and ending with the estimated pick up time.
Please note: If your dog is staying 3 nights but their pick up time extends beyond 3 days (ex: 72 hours) you may also be charged a half or full daycare day, depending on the pick up time and added duration.

Notice: If your dog is showing any symptoms of illness (ex: coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, etc.) or has been sick in the last 60 days, you are required to let us know in advance of dropping your dog off. We need to be able to quarantine and keep the other dogs safe until the symptoms are resolved.

If your dog is boarding, please remember to bring what your dog needs for their stay:
- Food
- Medications
- E-collar (if your dog uses one)
- Dog bed (optional)

Please do not bring:
- Crate (I have every size of crate, so please do not bring a crate unless I ask you to do so)
- Bowls (I have slow-feed bowls if needed, please just reply to this email if your dog needs one)

Please be aware that if you do not bring what your dog needs, for example food for the entire duration of their stay, you may incur additional charges to cover expenses required for your dog's care.
