Hours: Monday - Sunday, 7 am to 9 pm
Safety: Safety is our top priority! If you are concerned about how your pet will do in a group setting, we highly recommend booking a meet and greet prior to your pet’s stay.
Extended Stay/Recurring Rates: Overnight stays of 7 nights or greater and daycare reservations of 3 days or greater are eligible for the extended stay/recurring rates. These rates are not redeemable during holidays.
Late Check-Out Fees: Nightly rates are based on a 24-hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The Late Check-Out rates may apply for each pet on the booking request if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than 2 hours later (for the 2-8 hours fee) or more than 8 hours later (for the 8+ hours fee) than the start time on the first day of the stay.
