About Us & Hours
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
We pride ourselves on our high standards for any new dog joining our pack. All new dogs must be able to fit in to the existing pack with ease & without problem.
Dogs MUST be neutered / spayed (no exception) minimum age is 6 months.
WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING NEW CUSTOMERS TO COME JOIN OUR DAYCARE.- PLEASE NOTE REGULAR WEEKLY DAYCARE VISITS MUST BE COMMITTED TO
Unfortunately we cannot accepts Ad-Hoc bookings.
# Dogs suffering with separation anxiety would not be a good fit for a busy daycare group. If your dog struggles being left alone please seek advise from a qualified trainer to help deal with the problem prior to considering daycare. Daycare may increase their separation anxiety and make their issue worse.
# Aggression - ANY DOGS THAT SHOW AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN HAPPY DOGS DAYCARE. This should be reassuring to any new customer to know that we do not and never have allowed aggressive dogs to join our pack. If any dogs begin to show signs of unhealthy dominance they will be asked to leave.
We appreciate these rules may seem strict however to maintain a calm and playful pack we must insist on dogs with good well mannered temperaments.
All new dogs will be assessed prior to joining the pack and successful dogs should commit to weekly visits.
