About Us & Hours

Cuddles N Biscuits has been in business since 2016. We are insured and will care for your pets like our own. Please note: in order to secure your boarding spot,a Non Refundable Deposit is required! When you arrive ,please let us know by sending a text. Please do not knock or ring the bell to keep a non stressful environment,as this is not a kennel. Please don’t walk your dogs in front of our neighbor’s homes. We will take them in our yard immediately at drop off to relieve themselves. To keep things neighborly,please park in front of our home when you arrive.

What to expect for dog boarding:
All dogs must be neutered/spayed by 6 months
All dogs must be in flea and tick preventative
Dogs must be current on rabies,distemper,and bordetella
Dogs must be free of wounds and stitches of any kind
Dogs must be relatively healthy no cough,no exceptions
Dogs must be human and dog friendly

We require a 2 night minimum for dog boarding

Hours: We are open from 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Saturday we close at 6. Sunday we close at 4.

Drop-Off Times:Drop off times are by appointment only. We are CLOSED for drop offs and pick ups on the Holidays. Please text us upon your arrival and we will meet you at the gate. No clients are to go in doggy area after the initial meeting. This applies to drop off and pickups.

Pick-Up Times: Pick ups times end at 7PM. On Sundays we close at 4PM.If you can’t make the pick up appointment time by closing ,there will be a boarding charge and you can pick up your dog in the morning.

What to bring for Dog Boarding: Please bring enough food to last the entire stay with us ,treats, and a blanket or shirt from home. Please don’t bring giant dog food bins.

Payment: We accept cash and Venmo . The remaining balance after leaving a boarding deposit is due by drop off.

We will have you sign a similar agreement at or before dropping off your dog.
