Southern Hound Playground is a dog boarding and training facility in Hammond, Louisiana. We provide expert training and outstanding care. Give your dog a home away from home, so they aren't left alone. Drop-off and Pick-up Hours: Monday - Friday: Between 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM Sunday: Unavailable. Drop-off or pick-up outside of these set hours is available for an additional charge, please contact us for approval before submitting your request. Holidays: We are unavailable for drop-off or pick-up times for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Minimum Boarding Requirements: Must provide proof of current vaccine records including Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies. There is room for additional vaccines on our request form if you would like to include additional vaccine records. All dogs must be current on flea and heartworm prevention programs. All dogs must be potty trained. All dogs must be kennel trained or kennel tolerant as we host multiple dogs at one time. If you drop-off or pick-up outside of the set hours above, your pet is not properly potty training, or your pet is not kennel trained or kennel tolerant you will be subject to an additional charge per pet. Please complete the forms below to your fullest extent. Vaccine records are required. We will contact you if additional information is required.
