Welcome to Paws & Applause LLC!
Helping local pets and their humans live their best lives since 2023.
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 7 AM to 7 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Need to swing by a bit earlier or later? No worries — just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Because sometimes, life (and puppy emergencies) don’t keep office hours.
Drop-Off Times:
Please bring your furry superstar during our regular hours so we can keep the routine smooth and the tail wags constant.
Pick-Up Times:
Pickups are allowed within our hours, too! But fair warning: any pickup after 4 PM on weekdays counts as an extra day. So unless you want your dog’s stay to turn into a “vacay,” aim to scoop them up before then. Weekend pickups outside 9–5? Totally doable — just give us a heads-up so we can roll out the red carpet.
What to Bring:
Food (pre-portioned if you can — our dogs appreciate the gourmet treatment)
Leash and collar/harness (no sneaky Houdini escapes, please!)
Favorite toy or comfort item (optional, but we’re all about the snuggles)
Medications with clear instructions (if your pet’s on any — we’re pros at pill duty)
Required Vaccines:
To keep our pack healthy and happy:
Rabies
DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Recommended Vaccines:
Because prevention is better than surprise vet bills:
Leptospirosis
Canine Influenza
Lyme Disease
Cancellation Policy:
We get it—sometimes plans change faster than a dog chasing a squirrel. Cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more and no worries—no fees. Less than 24 hours? There’s a $25 charge to help us keep things running smoothly (and our tails wagging).
Weather & Seasonal Notes:
Whether it’s blazing summer heat or a winter chill, we’ve got your pet’s comfort covered. Our facility stays cozy with climate control, shaded rest spots, and plenty of fresh water to keep tails wagging all year long. And if the weather throws us a curveball, we adapt — because happy pets don’t have bad weather days!
Kennel Cough Prevention:
We take kennel cough seriously, but just like kids catching colds at school, it’s a common canine “cold” that’s hard to avoid 100%. That’s why we pull out all the stops: veterinarian-approved sanitation products, temperature and humidity monitoring, pest control, and filtered water. Our goal? Keep your pup healthy and sniffle-free as much as possible — because sniffles belong in tissues, not doggy daycare!
Got questions? Concerns? Or just want to gush about your fur baby? Reach out anytime — we’re here to help and love hearing from you!
