Summer boarding reservations are now open for June and July, but availability will be limited as The Family Fido transitions into a more individualized training and enrichment-focused model.

As part of this change, we are intentionally lowering our dog-to-handler ratios and moving away from a traditional high-volume daycare and boarding environment. Our goal is to provide a calmer, more structured experience focused on enrichment, decompression, confidence building, relationship-based care, and individualized attention for every dog.

Each dog’s stay will now include customized enrichment and training sessions tailored to their personality, needs, and comfort level. For dogs who enjoy social interaction and benefit from it, group play opportunities may still be included. For others, we will focus more on solo enrichment, decompression activities, confidence building, and one-on-one care.

Because of these changes, boarding capacity will be significantly reduced and reservations are expected to fill quickly.
