Grooming Customers,
A pick-up time will be assigned at drop-off unless prior arrangements have been made.
If a certain pick-up time is needed please state that at time of scheduling, no later than 48 Hrs. before appt.
If a pet is left more than 30 minutes past the designated pick-up time they may be taken to the kennel and a daycare fee will be charged.
CHARGES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR PET BEING HANDED OVER
