Appointment Request Process – Rusty’s Furry Companions
At Rusty’s Furry Companions, we strive to provide the highest level of care for your pets while ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process. To request an appointment, please follow the steps outlined below:
Booking Through the Owner Portal
All appointment requests must be submitted via your Owner Portal. This helps us keep track of your pet’s needs and ensures a seamless scheduling experience.
Providing Detailed Information
When submitting a request, please include specific details regarding:
Pick-up and drop-off times
Any changes to your pet’s care or health (e.g., new medications, diet changes, behavioral updates)
Booking Fee Requirement
A non-refundable booking fee of 40% of the total bill is required upon receipt of your request. This secures your appointment and allows us to plan accordingly for your pet’s stay.
Appointment Availability
Saturdays: Services are available by appointment only
Sundays: Limited hours, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM only
*Late pick up & Early drop off is available for a fee*
If pickup is scheduled before 10:30am, no charge will be applied for that day. If pick up is after 10:30am a FULL DAY charge will be applied to the bill.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment, the booking fee will NOT be reimbursed.
If Rusty’s Furry Companions needs to cancel your appointment, a full reimbursement will be issued within 3-5 business days.
If you pick up your pet before the agreed-upon end date, no reimbursement will be given for unused days.
Reservation Policy
The spot you reserve is exclusively for your pet(s). We do not maintain waitlists.
Your booking fee secures your spot, ensuring dedicated time and care for your pet.
Working Hours: 6am-9:30pm
Office Hours : 9am-3pm
Drop-Off Times: 8am-10:30am/3-6pm (All Drop-Offs MUST be scheduled)
Pick-Up Times: 8am-10:30am/3pm-6pm (All Pickups MUST be scheduled)
Sunday 3-5pm (Must be scheduled)
𝒟𝒾𝓈𝒸𝑜𝓊𝓃𝓉𝓈:
If you qualify for this, the discount will take effect after the third day of your scheduled service request. This amount will be 5% off your total bill. If purchasing a package, this is already discounted and an additional discount 𝔀𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓷𝓸𝓽 be applied.
Who qualifies for discounts: EMT,Fire, Military, Police & Animal Field Supporters
