Rusty's Furry Companions has been in business since 2017. Charan is PetCPR Certified and Emergency Care Certified and continues to learn the latest information to better help and educate her clients.
Charan received a COVID-19 Certification for proper entry of home. The Company is Insured, Bonded and Licensed with the State.

If pickup is scheduled before 11am, no charge will be applied for that day. If pick up happens between 11am-1pm, a late pick up charge will be applied of $20. If pick up is after 1pm a FULL DAY charge will be applied to the bill. 𝔼𝕒𝕣𝕝𝕪 𝔻𝕣𝕠𝕡-𝕠𝕗𝕗/𝕃𝕒𝕥𝕖 𝕡𝕚𝕔𝕜 𝕦𝕡 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕘𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕒𝕧𝕒𝕚𝕝𝕒𝕓𝕝𝕖 ($25)
If you need to cancel or modify your appointment, it must be communicated at least 72 ʜᴏᴜʀs ʙᴇꜰᴏʀᴇ the ꜱᴛᴀʀᴛ ᴅᴀᴛᴇ. Providing this notice outside of the 72 hour window will result in no charges. If I am contacted for a modification or cancellation within the 72 hour window, you will be charged 1/2 (half) the cost of your original bill. If you need to cancel due to a family emergency 70% will be subtracted from your total bill, and the remaining balance will need to be paid in 1-5 business days from received invoice.

If at any time you pick up before finished date, you will not be reimbursed. Please note that if requesting on, or around Holiday dates, or I will have your pet(s) for more than two weeks (14 days), a DEPOSIT must be made (75%) of the bill. This payment will need to be done when Invoice is received for requested dates.
The spot you are reserving is for your pet(s). I do not do waiting Lists, except for Major holidays.
If you qualify for this, the discount will take effect on/or after the third day of your scheduled PawParty or PawCation. This amount will be 10% off your total bill. If purchasing a package, this is already discounted and an additional discount 𝔀𝓲𝓵𝓵 𝓷𝓸𝓽 be applied.
