Thank You for considering Green Timber Training & Kennels for your boarding or training needs. Please complete the forms below to your fullest extent. We will contact you if additional information is required. Once your registration is approved in the system you will receive an email confirmation regarding your pets stay. We will email you a waiver to e-Sign once we receive your information. Please remember to bring enough food for the duration of your pets stay and a copy of the shot records for our files if you were not able to upload during the registration. Remember to bring any medication, if needed, and any treats you might have for them. We do not allow any blankets, bones or toys because other dogs may come in contact and chew up and or swallow these items. Training costs must be paid at time of drop-off. Our fees (boarding ONLY) cover from the time your pet is dropped off until 11AM the following day and can be paid when you pick-up.
